
Megan is a New York-based dancer originally from Lubbock, Texas! She began her journey with Pilates while receiving her BFA in Dance Theatre from AMDA College and Conservatory in New York City. Megan continued her training under the mentorship of Barbara Hoon and Alison Johnson, ultimately receiving her certification through their program Pilates for Performers.
As a dancer, Megan understands the importance of a healthy and strong body! Since developing a consistent routine of practicing Pilates herself, Megan has noticed drastic differences in how her body functions on a day-to-day basis. Pilates has helped her work through previous injuries and continually pushes her to be the strongest version of herself. She is committed to upholding the principles of Joseph Pilates’ technique, with breath and control being at the forefront!
